Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the program or product purchased. Tuition deposits may be non-refundable; program balances and installment payments are subject to the terms of your enrollment agreement. Merchandise may be returned in accordance with the return window stated at checkout.

Shipping
Merchandise orders are fulfilled through our online store. Estimated processing and delivery times, along with any shipping fees, are shown at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Charitable Donations
Charitable donations support The MusicSquared Foundation, Inc., a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and are processed separately from commercial payments to The MusicSquared Group. Please visit m2.gives for donation details and receipts.
